One of the more interesting Tempest creations is a font (for CRT displays, i.e., ones with analog video) that drastically reduces the emissions from the video signal.  It was created by Markus Kuhn and Ross Anderson at U. Cambridge.  https://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/emsec/softtempest-faq.html
