UNIBUS SMD controller DILOG DU218, SI6100: docs?

I've two non-DEC UNIBUS SMD disk controllers here:
a
     DILOG DU 218
and a
     System Industries 6100.

A friend needs one of these, but I found no docs anywhere.

Somebody can help?
