I was right. The pound shop next to Woolwich Arsenal station has a 3-way aerial 
switchbox, sold as a 'TV game switch'. 3 Belling-Lee sockets, a switch (which doesn't
look as though it will provide much RF isolation) and a short cable ending in a 
Belling-Lee plug.
