EPROM image for Xylogics 472 (multibus Pertec controller)?

Hi all --

Subject line covers the basics; I have a nice looking Xylogics 472 but 
someone has stolen the EPROM from it; anyone

a) Know what size EPROM goes in this socket (24-pin)
and/or
b) Have an image of its contents

So that I might replace it?
