HP-UX patch PHSS_44401

Hi,

Maybe asking here is worth a try:
I’ve got an HP Itanium machine running HP-UX 11.23. There seems to
be a bug in ld, which prevents building newer gcc versions:

That’s my current status:
# what /usr/bin/ld
/usr/bin/ld:

The problem was supposedly fixed in 2015 with patch PHSS_44401.
Does anybody here have this patch and could help me out?
