The tape cart is just a standard cart for taking tapes between the tape library room and where the tape drives are located.  I’ve seen an updated version made for DLT/SDLT/LTO tapes.

The disk pack holder on the other hand is something I’ve never seen, I have to wonder if it was custom, and how well it handled an uneven load.
