DEC AF01, open for offers

Do you have more info on it? I can't find much on-line. Is is a stand 
alone box or board set?
I love A/D and D/A stuff so would be very interested. I have many 
PDP-8's, a PDP-12 and LINC-8.
Any idea on how much you want for it?
