It may be low voltage AC and ground or it may be +5V and a high voltage for programming and a return ground. You might look inside to see what the wires lead to. Most all warts don't provide regulated voltage levels but some do. If it provided regulated levels, there would be a direct connection for the ttl to +5V.

I just bought one of these thinking it ran off 110, but it uses a 3 pin wall wart.
Does anyone have one of these and could tell me the voltages it supplies.
