Thanks! These chips were in a lot that had other digital chips that I
was able to identify, so I thought that they were also digital. The 709
might well be right, as it is a DIP14 package. The other one, though,
is a DIP16 package, and from what I've seen the ua730 only came in 8-pin
cans, so it remains a mistery.
