Oh wow, I just realized what you're talking about here....I spoke with him
on the phone two months ago...He said he was not well but he did not
elaborate. I did not know him well but I am sorry to hear this happened.

8.  He said he had his own OS that he wanted me to try out, I hope someday
to get a copy of the RK05 boot pack.
