The format of the hostname looks like a fabricated DNS entry that I'm 
accustom to seeing from big residential ISPs.  I would NOT hold my 
breath for it to work in any way shape or form.  In fact, I would bet a 
cup of fancy coffee that it would not work as desired.

Try asking around the #input.club on Freenode to see if anyone can put 
you in contact with andrew.
