If you haven’t, take a look at SIMH/VAX.  I’m migrating much of my home VMS activity over.  It’s been especially nice for getting easy to backup storage into my Cluster.  Long-term I’m looking to drastically cut my power needs by taking physical systems offline, except when needed.
