What's the rarest or most unusual computer-related item do you own?

I guess for me, the value is less in bits of hardware than it is in
ephemera.  My original S/360 green folding pocket card, for instance, or
any number of handwritten engineering design documents.  Lots of old
manuals.

Probably not rare, but significant to me.
