RL02 hook up to 11/04

The ROM part number should be 751A9, if you're using a 9312, that's the ROM
for the RL01/RL02. The command is DL0 or DL1.  If you use "DL" it assumes
drive 0.  You can boot off of any drive however.  You can install the ROM
in any slot.
