I doubt that I have it on TK50, but I am curious.

Why does it need to be on TK50? Surely if all you want if the bits, then 
any of the
CDROM distributions that carried ALL-IN-1 would do? If you really need 
it on TK50 to
install on a system, then you could transfer to TK50 yourself.

Or do you actually want an original DEC TK50 distribution of ALL-IN-1?
