Building up the 8E system, questions - advice - partsRequest

Much to my chagrin... it appears that both the usual (and only) places
around STL that used to have bunches of various rackmount slides have
finally gotten rid of them all.

I am in search of an RK05 railset, and (like this is going to be possible)
the TU56 mounting plate and 2 spacers. I know the TU56 can be mounted
without the plate/spacers... but... :)
