DOS code in CP/M? Revisited...

Hi Eric,
Hum, I wonder where Gary got his ideas?  Didn't he use a DEC PDP-nn for his initial PL/M compiler to get the first CP/M built in the first place?  I'd like to find out more about TOPS-10, OS-8 and RT-11.
