That is the same as Unofficial SP2 3.52 (the version you linked to is a bit older). It seems to contain a number if not most of the fixes. The thing I don't like about it is the fact it is not very automated. I.E. there are a bunch of gotchas you have to pay attention to (e.g. order in which you install updates).
