Yeah, me too, though I have a thin client and old modem connected to the
line to screen out junk calls.    My lovely spouse owns a mobile phone,
but it's just that, no smarts about it.    If someone wants to text me,
they can use my GV number.

That puts us in the 9% of the industrialized world's population that
doesn't use mobile phone, according to what I've read.
