RL01, RL02, RK06, RK07 cable differences

Does anyone have both of these that I can pick their brains?

As far as I know, the difference is one or two wires.
That is, the RL01/RL02 cable has less wires than the RK06/RK07 cable.
I have both, I could measure it, but that would have to wait a few days.
