My Xeltek Superpro/Z supports Lattice GAL 16, 18, 20 and 22 
parts, as well as PALCE.
Also, Microchip 93L, and a few Nat Semi GAL 16, 20 and 22 parts.
They don't even show Signetics as a manufacturer, and I 
didn't see any
82S types there.
