If the buyers aren't already aware, consider letting them know that they
can participate in the Hobbyist program by joining DECUServe and
requesting licenses under the program. (Yes, DECUServe.org has been back
online for a month or so, and I just made sure it's still up.)

Quoting the site:

And to the best of my knowledge, this is still the best choice of where
to register for the Hobbyist program after you get your membership number:
