I would agree that it is just a sector by sector binary dump done with 
something like dd or rawwrite, however it is not a 5.25 diskette the 
format is 80 trks 18 sect 2 heads and media descriptor is 0xF0 which 
would be a 1.44 MB 3.5 diskette.
