Probs w. M3119 CXY08 MUX on VAX VMS 7.3

Have you tried just a "quick-n-dirty" serial cable with only TXD, RXD and
GND wired? Sometimes trying to accommodate all those modem control lines
will just lead you down the rabbit hole ... Just a thought.
