Thanks Phil. Yes, the work by Doug and you was what I had in mind.
My favorite portable display layer would be wxWidgets; that’s the one I use for my Cyber emulator work. I’ve seen mention of the one in SDL. It seems to be more game-oriented, at least judging by some of the discussion.
