Eh.  That's at least a bit unfair to people who _do_ care enough to do
that - I offer myself as an existence-proof-by-example.

They're just not part of the precipitate; they make sure mail goes
where they want and don't get bent out of shape about having to do so,
so you don't hear from them on the subject much.
