Wierd reply addresses

There seem to be a number of messages from various folks
where the reply address has been rewritten to 
General at classiccmp.org<General at classiccmp.org>;Discussion at classiccmp.org:On-Topic 
and Off-Topic Posts<cctalk at classiccmp.org>;
instead of
General Discussion at classiccmp.org:On-Topic and Off-Topic 
Posts<cctalk at classiccmp.org>;

What is that about?  Could it be related to me getting delayed second copies of 
stuff?
