ClassicCmp FTP Access?

O.k. I tried connecting again using both CuteFTP Pro and windows ftp client
and neither will connect. I can surf my site and I can ping it but FTP
connections are failing. I can connect to other FTP servers (on my LAN and
on the internet) so it is not a configuration issue on this end.
