Decaying foam on PCBs

I'm with Chuck on this one, I've use 91% on the foam gunk and it has worked. A similar product in the US is called GooGone. It can remove stenciled  part labels and attacks some plastic.

I do normally use it on boards for general cleaning - I was just assuming
that this nasty sticky foam would be too much for it. I'll give it a go,
though...
