The logic board on the drive looks nothing like the Shugart 455's.  The 
jumper labels are pretty much the same though.  I didn't get any hits on 
the other manufacturers on Bitsavers.

I get a "blip" on the LED when powering off the drive, so if there's a 
fault, it's pretty weird.
