The Living Computer Museum in Seattle has several, both the microprocessor based "PLATO V" terminal I have, and the original straight logic "PLATO IV" terminals built by Magnavox.  All working.  I've seen them logged on at the Cyber1.org PLATO system (that's the one I mentioned).
