ASR 33 buzzing

My eyes must be going.. I can't see any clothespin in that photo.  I see an arrow and a dark space between that cylinder and the back of the magnet..

If you put a clothes pin as this photo shows, does the buzzing go away?

If so, then you may need to adjust a screw somewhere.  You may have an "incomplete" ready mode (just a little chattering when current loop is closed).
