Depending on exactly what you mean, I might count.  I don't actually
use either much, but I do use my own UA, and it's very MHish in design:
one file per message, one program run per operation (well, sometimes
more, depending on the operation, but definitely not monolithic-UA way
of one long-running process doing lots of different things).
